Matthew 6 has been a favorite chapter of mine for awhile ... Specifically the verses about how God feeds the sparrow and clothes the lily.
I feel like a sparrow and a lily. I left Canada not knowing where I would live and here I sit in a beautiful hotel room. I did not know where I would eat and I have eaten brown bread, fruit & have drank fresh hot coffee for breakfast. I have entered the country with shirts that have not been suitable for a modest area and have been provided with long-sleeved shirts to wear.
I am God's sparrow and lily ... and I sing in my heart to the One who has taken such great care of me.
