I am thankful ... for the sunrise outside our front window, for the joy of reading God's Word in the silence of morning, that I can see the ocean on my run, for instant coffee, for Chris' good-morning kiss, for the 3 beautiful treasures that I get to teach, for a house that is cozy and has lots of natural light, that my violin is no longer in a crate, that our mango tree is loaded with fruit, for no cockroaches (thus far), for ant poison, for a washline and a phoneline, for a breeze ... I am thankful for these simple things, but important things, that make life beautiful.
